Frequent Buyer Program
"Lilypad Perks" was
started to reward our loyal customers for their frequent patronage and
referrals. As a token of our appreciation, we created a way for you to
earn rewards through your purchases!
Rules
& Regulations:

Only purchases
made after the official start date of the "Lilypad Perks" rewards
program (Feb. 22, 2006) will be eligible to earn
frequent buyer rewards.

Frequent Buyer
points are the dollar amount spent not including tax and
shipping charges. Buyer points can only be earned on LilypadBaby.com by logging in using your email and
password.

Any Lilypad Baby
product purchased within the three-month period, using the Lilypad
Perks URL, qualifies for Lilypad Baby rewards. Remember, tax and shipping charges are
not included in adding up total reward points.

Returned and/or
refunded purchases that originally earned points will be deducted from
your frequent buyer points within the earning time frame.

Once a
reward is redeemed (after three months from the buyers start date), the
points associated with that reward will be deleted and the program
will begin fresh with a new three-month period.

Rewards must be
redeemed within 90 days from the date of the reward email to
receive your discount or merchandise.

Lilypad Baby
will make reasonable efforts to count all purchases made through your
personal account, but is not
responsible for any technical errors that may occur.

Lilypad Baby
reserves the right to modify or cancel our Loyalty Rewards Program
("Lilypad Perks") at any time for any reason. Any un-redeemed
rewards will honored for 90 days form the time of program cancellation.

Why
didn't I earn Frequent Buyer rewards on all the
purchases shown in my Order History?
Only
purchases made after the official start date of Lilypad
Baby’s Frequent Buyer Loyalty Program (“Lilypad
Perks”) are eligible to earn frequent buyer points.

What happens when my
3-month earning period is up?
At the end of
your 3-month earning period, we will send you an email with the total
amount of rewards earned by youxr purchases and those of your family
and
friends who have used your personal shopping URL. You will then have
the option to either use the cash discount on a future purchase or opt
to receive the free merchandise in your reward category (please see
reward levels for more information).

How long do I have to
redeem my rewards before my
points are forfeited?
You have 90 days
from the date of your reward email to redeem your discount or
merchandise.
