Lilypad Baby, we support various charities, donate our time, product, unique qualities and skills. Each
week we come up with new
ways to challenge ourselves and contribute. At this time, we are unable to donate beyond the scope of our current endeavors.
Project
Linus
At
Lilypad Baby, we donate our extra fabric and materials to
Project Linus, a volunteer non-profit organization that provides the
opportunity for volunteers to create homemade, washable blankets for
children
(often seriously ill or traumatized) in need of a sense of
security,
warmth and comfort. Learn more about

Locks
of Love
UPDATE: In January 2009, joining in a family tradition, Kathie's daughter Gabriella (6) donated her first hair cut of a 10" ponytail to Locks of Love. In February 2009, Kathie donated for her third time.
Locks
of Love is
a not-for-profit organization that provides hairpieces to
financially disadvantaged
children under the age of 18 with medical hair loss. In
April, 2006, Kathie Papera- President of Lilypad
Baby, challenged our Lilypad Baby Customers to join her in donating at
least 10 inches of their hair to Locks of Love. To further convince our
customers that the experience would be rewarding, we offered free
shipping at Lilypad Baby
for life with
valid proof of
hair donation by Locks
of Love.
We are pleased to announce that we have happily been providing
complimentary shipping to eleven of our loyal customers who so generously
donated their locks.
