Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping is via USPS, UPS Ground* or Fed Ex Ground. Orders shipped via ground usually take 1-5 days to arrive, depending on location. We are located in California, ground deliveries to the east coast may take up to 5-7 days from the shipment date. The date varies if the item is shipped from another location.

We do our best to ship gifts in one box. We do ship items separately only when there is no other choice. We clearly indicate to the recipient that the packages are separate and we will email tracking numbers for each package.

If you need an item by a certain date, we are always willing to work with you on delivery. Please contact us regarding those deadlines.

Non-personalized orders will ship within 1 to 7 business days. Our items are hand made and most products are made to order.

Personalized wall art, growth charts, ornament, frames, jewelry, pacifier clips, decor and custom clothing can take 2 weeks to ship.

Personalized Ceramic Plates can take up to 3-4 weeks to ship.

As our personalized items are embroidered before they are constructed (allowing reversibility in our bibs), embroidered items may take up to 9 to 12 business days to ship. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent after your order has been shipped.

*All third party products (Bath Gift Sets, Large Gift Baskets, Decor, Slings and Diaper Bags) ship via UPS ground and will possibly ship separately in orders that contain 3rd party manufacturers items and Lilypad Baby items. 

Please be sure that the Ship To address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery. If a package is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for inaccurate shipping information. You will be notified upon reshipment regarding additional shipping charges.

Standard shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of your order. We do our best to keep shipping costs down, but the rising fuel costs and the increases made by the Postal system are forcing us to raise some of our shipping prices.

Free Shipping Promotions

From time to time, Lilypad Baby offers free shipping promotions. The given coupon code must be entered into the discount box during checkout to redeem, during the specified time period of the offer. All free shipping offers include regular 1-4 day USPS and 5-7 day FedEx Ground delivery only; additional rush charges may be applied if requested. Only one coupon code may be used per order.
